01Can you work from our 3D model or CAD?
Yes. We accept SolidWorks, Creo, STEP, IGES. If you only have a 2D harness drawing we’ll convert it into a pinout and cut-list for you at no charge.
02Do you source connectors or do we?
Either works. We hold direct accounts with Molex, JST, TE Connectivity, Deutsch, Amphenol and Mil-spec distributors — let us source, or send us a free-issue kit.
03What volumes do you support?
Anywhere from 1 prototype harness to 50,000-unit production. High-volume runs ship with serialized traceability per IATF 16949.
04Do you test waterproofing?
Yes — IP67 / IP68 cable assemblies are pressure-tested or submersion-tested per IEC 60529. Test certificates ship with each lot.
