01How fast will I get a response?
Inbound emails and form submissions get a first reply within 24 hours, usually much faster during Shenzhen business hours (GMT+8, Mon–Sat).
02What should I send with my first message?
A Gerber ZIP (or ODB++) plus a BOM in Excel is ideal. If you don’t have final files yet, describe layer count, board size, quantity and target lead time — our engineer will quote based on that and confirm once files are ready.
03Is my design confidential?
Yes. Mutual NDA is sent on first quote. Files are stored on access-controlled servers and never shared with third parties. Your BOM is not used for price-shopping.
04Can we schedule a factory visit?
Of course — we host engineering walkthroughs every week. Just mention it in your message or use the factory visit form.
