Frequently Asked Questions

3D printing FAQ

Ask a specialist
01Which technology should I pick?

For smooth aesthetic prototypes → SLA. For functional parts under load → SLS / MJF. For large & cheap → FDM. Unsure? Send us the STL — we’ll recommend with the quote.

02Can you print in flexible or rubber-like materials?

Yes — Formlabs Flexible 80A (SLA) and TPU (SLS) are available. Shore 40A to 90A available depending on process.

03Do you post-process / paint finished parts?

Yes — wet-sanding, bead-blast, dye, primer + paint, vapor smoothing (for FDM) and CNC secondary ops are all in-house.

04What is the largest single part you can print?

SLS goes up to 340 × 340 × 600 mm in one build. Larger parts are split, printed and bonded — we’ll advise during quote.
