01What DFM rules should I follow?

Min bend radius ≥ thickness (for steel) or 0.5 × thickness for aluminum. Hole edge ≥ 2× thickness from bend. Min flange length ≥ 4× thickness for clean form.

02Can you do bead-blasting + anodize in-house?

Bead blasting yes. Anodize and plating are handled by our approved partners (5-min drive); full traceability.

03Do you support insert molding / PEM fasteners?

Yes — PEM self-clinch nuts, standoffs, studs and captive screws. Installed with calibrated hydraulic press before finishing.

04What CAD formats work?

3D: STEP, IGES, X_T, SolidWorks. 2D: DXF / DWG for flat patterns. PDF for drawings with tolerances and finish callouts.
