48 hours from Gerber upload — our published quick-turn tier. Includes DFM review, HASL finish and AOI report.
02Can you hit ±5% impedance?
Yes on request — our default is ±7%, but ±5% is available on 4-layer and up with Polar-verified stack-ups. See impedance control.
03Do you charge for tooling?
No NRE / tooling fee under 500 mm × 500 mm panels. Large panels or exotic stack-ups may carry a one-time setup that we quote up-front — never after the fact.
04What’s the MOQ?
One piece. We run prototypes (qty 1-5) and production (10,000+ panels) on the same lines — no MOQ, no scaled-pricing tricks.
