Flex PCB Manufacturing
Single, double & multi-layer flexible circuits.
Polyimide-based flex PCBs rated for dynamic bend cycles, with rolled-annealed copper, coverlay sealing and controlled impedance. 1–8 layers, IPC-6013 Class 3 default.

Why Flex
Route around corners, eliminate connectors
Flex PCBs replace rigid boards + cable + connector sandwiches. Result: lighter assemblies, fewer failure points, better signal integrity.
- Polyimide core: –65°C to +200°C
- Rolled-annealed copper for dynamic bend
- 1–8 layers with any-layer interconnect
- Coverlay or photoimageable solder mask
- Stiffener options (FR-4 / polyimide)
- IPC-6013 Class 3 default

Frequently Asked Questions
Flex PCB FAQ
01What is the minimum bend radius you recommend?
For static applications: 6× flex thickness. For dynamic applications (repeated flexing): 10–12× flex thickness. Our DFM team will validate your bend zones on the free quote.
02Can you add stiffeners for connector zones?
Yes — FR-4, polyimide or stainless-steel stiffeners bonded with acrylic or pressure-sensitive adhesive. Common in ZIF/FFC / FPC connector applications.
03What is the difference between coverlay and solder mask on flex?
Coverlay is laminated polyimide film with adhesive — mechanically tougher and more flex-tolerant. Solder mask is liquid photoimageable, allows finer openings but less mechanically robust. For dynamic-flex zones we always use coverlay.
04Can I mix copper weights in a single flex?
Yes, across layers. On a single layer, mixed copper weights are possible but complicate etching — we’ll advise on the quote.
