01Can you build harnesses for certification (ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s)?
Yes — we build to ABYC E-11, ISO 10133 and Lloyd’s Register type approval. Full material traceability for marine society surveys.
02What connectors do you recommend for sub-deck?
For below-deck, we default to Deutsch DT for signal and SEACON / SubConn for subsea cases. Gel-filled connectors for permanently exposed runs.
03How do you test for salt resistance?
Samples from each lot go through 500-hour ASTM B117 salt fog test. 1,000-hour extended spec available for commercial fishing and offshore wind applications.
04Minimum order quantity?
No MOQ. We build prototype harnesses (qty 1) for yacht customizers and scale the same process to 5,000-unit annual OEM programs.
