01Can you supply PPAP documentation?
Yes — up to PPAP Level 3 for production harnesses. We include PFMEA, control plan, measurement system analysis, and initial process capability studies.
02Do you work with free-issue connectors?
Yes. Ship us your kits and we’ll crimp + assemble to spec. We audit incoming connectors for date code and condition before scheduling the line.
03Can you build high-voltage EV battery harnesses?
Yes — we build orange HV harnesses up to 800 V DC with interlock loop circuits, ferrite chokes for EMC, and UL-rated HV connectors. Requires a spec review and NDA first.
04What is the minimum order?
No minimum. We build prototype harnesses in as low as 5 units and scale the same line to 10,000+ annual.
