01What is the smallest component you can place?
01005 passives (0.4 × 0.2 mm) and 0.3 mm pitch BGA. Going smaller requires case-by-case machine tuning — contact us before quoting.
02Do you panelize boards automatically?
Yes. If your Gerber is a single board, we panelize for you at no charge and confirm the panel layout before starting fab.
03How do you handle moisture-sensitive components (MSD)?
Every MSD component is baked and handled per IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 Level 3 procedures. Exposure windows are logged on the traveler.
04Can you do prototype SMT without a stencil fee?
Stencil is free on orders ≥ 5 panels. For a single panel prototype we charge a small stencil fee, refunded if you order production afterwards.
