01How much notice do I need to book a visit?
3–5 business days is ideal so we can coordinate airport pickup and pull your project files for the DFM review. Same- week visits are often possible — just ask.
02Do you cover flight and hotel?
We provide free airport transfer from Shenzhen Bao’an SZX airport and lunch during the visit. Flights and hotels are on your end — we can recommend partner hotels with negotiated rates.
03Can we do a private tour with our existing project?
Yes. Every visit includes a dedicated engineer who’ll review your Gerber/BOM live and walk you through the specific process steps relevant to your build.
04Can we bring a phone / camera?
Yes — unlike some competitors we don’t confiscate devices. We only ask that photos stay off social media until you’ve signed your NDA.
