01What file formats do you accept for PCB fabrication?

We accept Gerber RS-274X (preferred), ODB++, IPC-2581 and native design exports from Altium, KiCad, Eagle, Cadence Allegro, Mentor PADS and OrCAD. Please include drill files (Excellon 2) and a ReadMe with stack-up and impedance requirements.

02What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no MOQ on PCB fabrication. Order a single prototype panel or 10,000 pieces on the same process — we don’t charge setup fees for repeat orders.

03How fast is your quick-turn prototype service?

Standard lead time for 2-layer is 24 hours, 4-layer in 48 hours, 6–8 layer HDI in 3–5 business days. Same-day turn is available for select stack-ups — email us for feasibility.

04Do you offer impedance-controlled boards?

Yes. We control 50Ω single-ended, 90Ω / 100Ω differential and custom impedance to ±5%. Every impedance-controlled order ships with a Polar SI9000 stack-up report.

05Which certifications do your PCBs ship with?

Every board ships with IPC-A-600 Class 2 or Class 3 inspection, UL marking (upon request), RoHS & REACH compliance certificates, and full traceability records including laminate lot numbers.

06Can you help with DFM before we finalize the layout?

Absolutely — every quote includes a free DFM + DFT review by a senior engineer. We flag drill-to-copper clearance issues, impedance mismatches, and unreasonable aspect ratios before we cut copper.
