01Do you support EMS programs beyond assembly?
Yes — box build, enclosure integration, cable / harness and final functional test are all in-house. Single PO covers the full scope.
02Can you do EDI / MES integration with our ERP?
Yes. We support EDI and REST API feeds into SAP, Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft D365, and custom ERPs. Order triggers, shipment ASN and defect reports all automated.
03What is your Cpk target?
Default Cpk ≥ 1.33. On critical dimensions or safety-relevant features we target 1.67+ per IATF 16949 automotive core tools.
04How do you handle long-term demand forecasting?
Rolling 12-month forecast is shared quarterly. We hold safety stock on critical long-lead components (with customer agreement) to protect continuity.
