01How much does quick-turn cost vs. standard?

24-hour carries a ~40% express surcharge over standard lead time, 48-hour is ~20%, 72-hour is ~10%. The uplift covers dedicated line scheduling and courier expedite — no hidden engineering fees.

02Can I send changes mid-build?

Change requests after SMT has started will push you out of the quick-turn window. We’ll call you immediately and offer two options: continue on the old design or accept a lead-time reset.

03What if a part goes out of stock during the 24h?

Our buffer inventory covers 80% of common parts. For the other 20%, we’ll call you within 2 hours of quote with a footprint-compatible alternative or an honest new lead time — no silent surprises.

04Can I drop off files in person?

Yes — if you’re in Shenzhen we accept USB drop-off at the Bao’an HQ. Most clients prefer the secure upload portal, but walk-ins are fine.
