01What happens if a component on my BOM is obsolete?
Our sourcing team flags obsolete or long-lead parts during BOM review and proposes footprint-compatible alternatives for your approval. No substitutions happen without written sign-off.
02Do you charge for the BOM review / DFM?
No. BOM review and DFM feedback are included with every turnkey quote. You get the report within 24 hours.
03Can I provide some components and have you source the rest?
Yes — this is called consignment turnkey. Common for clients with long-lead ASICs or custom modules. Send us a consigned parts list and we’ll source the balance.
04What test coverage is included?
100% AOI + X-ray is standard. ICT, flying-probe and functional test are included in the turnkey quote when specified. Serialized lot numbers ship with each unit.
