Quick-turn FAQ
01Is there an expedite surcharge inside a tier?
No. The 24-hour price is the 24-hour price — no last-minute “rush fees.” Tier pricing is published at quote time and doesn’t change as the clock runs.
02What happens if DFM finds an issue?
The clock pauses. We flag the issue within 2 hours, wait for your sign-off, then restart from T+0. You never lose tier pricing because of a DFM exchange.
03Can you do 24-hour on a 4-layer board?
Not reliably as a published tier — 4-layer is our 48-hour lane. We occasionally hit 30 hours on 4L when the queue is open, but we won’t publish it.
04Can I ship quick-turn builds direct to my customer?
Yes — we do blind drop-ship from Shenzhen. No Venture Electronics paperwork in the shipment, your documents on the carton. Used daily by US / EU distributors.
